Schwab-Pomerantz is currently Managing Director of Charles Schwab & Co., leading the company’s efforts in financial literacy, community service and philanthropy. She is also an acclaimed personal finance expert and author, known for her popular investment advice column Ask Carrie. She originally joined the company in 1983 and began her tenure in customer-facing and product roles. She has served as Chair of the Board of the Charles Schwab Foundation since 2014 and Chair of the Board of Schwab Charitable since 2012. She is Chair of the National Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and serves on the Board of Directors from the Haas school. in commerce from the University of California at Berkeley.
