INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — News 8 spoke with Dan Brown, a real estate agent for FC Tucker.
“Selling prices have remained high. They weren’t affected at all. What has changed are the conditions and the kind of shopping frenzy of last year where people were standing in live offers, which has eased. But prices are up and they’re going to stay up because we have plenty, we still have a housing shortage and there’s a lot of unmet demand,” Brown said.
Brown says inventory is up 65% since last year.
