Syracuse, NY – The Central New York real estate market is approaching normal, according to a new report from the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.

For most of the past two years, total home sales and average prices have been rising. Pent-up demand exploded after pandemic shutdowns ended and combined with tight inventories to cause a hot market in the region.
