To earn a spot as the fastest growing realtor in Dallas, Eric Narosov relied on two important and proven methods: working hard and connecting with people.
On weekends you will often find this Allie Beth Allman & Associates agent holding two open days on Saturday and two on Sunday.
Before opening a residence, he checks what houses are available nearby – just in case he needs to offer options to any potential buyer who visits.
“It’s about being well informed and available”, Narosov. “I hold four open houses a week to better serve my clients and I do additional research to ensure that these potential clients become my clients as well.”
That’s why the 29-year-old agent has sold more than $70 million in real estate in 2022, just his third year in the business. It sold $9 million its first year and $29.5 million its second year.
“It’s an incredible achievement for an agent who started his career just three years ago,” said Keith Conlon, the president of the brokerage. “In 2022, he grew his business by more than 600%. When you look at the national numbers, it has far exceeded the annual agent sales volume average. »
Narosov, a native of Plano, learned the basics of sales while working for one of the nation’s largest ancillary healthcare companies. “Everything was door to door for me,” he said.
When transitioning into real estate, he chose Allie Beth Allman & Associates because the brokerage’s values aligned with his own, from an emphasis on people first to the importance of loyalty, trust and discretion.
After a brief stint at another Dallas brokerage, Narosov returned to Allie Beth Allman & Associates work with the best real estate agent in town, Alex Perry.
“I knew Alex would help me take my business to the next level,” Narosov said. “Like me, he focuses on relationships first.
“A lot of people today look at all the bells and whistles of technology and dismiss relationships. But people are the most important part of this business.
Brokerage Founder Allie Beth Allman said Narosov’s success comes down to hard work.
“It’s so refreshing to see a new generation embrace proven business values,” she said. “It all depends on the hard work you do.”
Narosov’s sales cover major Dallas-Fort Worth neighborhoods, with recent closings representing selling or buying customers at 5233 Yolanda Lane, 9226 Hathaway and 4540 San Gabriel Drive in Preston Hollow and 5622 Bryn Mawr Drive in Bluffview.
Regarding the 2023 market, he said that as the market evolves, sellers and buyers will need to connect with the hardest working agent “because you will need creativity and strategy to close the deal”.
