A Biden administration proposal released Monday aims to increase access to health services, simplify and improve the selection process for market health plans, and make it easier to sign up for market coverage in 2024.
2024 Notice of Benefits and Payment Settings Proposed rule (RIN 0938-AU97) also includes proposals to increase access to behavioral health care options.
