    Oʻahu Vacancy Rates for Industrial Spaces reached record levels in the last quarter of 2022 – less than 1%, which could very well be the lowest in the country. The conversation spoke to Mike HamasuHead of the Consulting and Research Division of Colliers International for Hawaiʻi and Senior Vice President for Hawaiʻi Bill Frœlich on the prospects of tenants.
