Have you ever taken a list that looked right but didn’t look right to you? Good neighbor, all the elements that should have led to a quick sale, but the SEO just languish?

When things like this happen, we often attribute it to “energy,” and it turns out we’re probably not far off, at least according to Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, a wellness expert who think beyond the body to the environment. to create optimal results.

” I summarize feng shui in a word: feel. The sky, the stars, human beings, Mother Earth, free energy creates a feeling that makes you happy, comfortable, human, harmonious,” Sha said.

To ensure their latest listings provide that all-important feeling, real estate agents and brokers turn to Sha to assess their spaces for that intangible sense of comfort.

At a recent event titled “Be Your Best – The Keys to Prosperity” held at Chelsea’s High Line Nine, powerful New York real estate agents and brokers joined Richard Haggerty, CEO of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and President and Director of Strategic Growth. for OneKey MLS, as well as Brian Tormey, President of TitleVest, to welcome Sha as he guided them in improving the mood on their multi-million dollar rosters.

Although the Be Your Best series was launched as a virtual experience during COVID, it was the first in-person event, with the stated aim of encouraging agents to improve their skills, reconnect with former clients , to “focus on professionalism and develop a hands-on approach”. roadmap to navigate restless market conditions“, said Haggerty.

According to Sha, feng shui is more than just optimal flow in a space, although that is part of it. Good feng shui can also impact people who live or work in the space.

“There are three messages for every house: This house is good for finances. This house is good for relationships. This house is good for physical, emotional and spiritual health,” Sha said. Although some houses are only good for one of them, some offer positive indications for two or even three.

Since Master Sha cannot personally visit all the houses that need his help, he assesses some houses remotely. “I am a spiritual teacher,” he said. “I can feel the energy even looking at a photo.”

For those the owners whose spaces require more than just a feng shui solution, Master Sha offers quantum healing. “Quantum entanglement means I am in location A and you are in location B, resonating instantly,” allowing Master Sha to offer a blessing from a distance.

At the HGAR event, Sha performed a live Tao calligraphy demonstration and advised brokers on how to enhance their impressive luxury listings from a feng shui perspective.

“In ancient wisdom, calligraphy carries tao, the source,” Sha said. “Heaven and Mother Earth are the creators. My calligraphy is one of the most powerful and practical sacred arts.

Feng Shui Rules for Positive and Negative Flows

According to Sha, there are a variety of different indicators of good and bad flow, as well as ways to address them.

    • “If a big corner of a building faces a residence, it’s like a knife in the residence,” Sha said. This is especially true for city markets where buildings can be located at odd angles to each other.
    • A road should not directly face the door of a residence, as it injects too much energy into the house. This can be helped by hanging reflective glass above the door to draw energy away from the house entrance.
    • When you open the door and it leads straight to the stairs, that’s bad feng shui. This can be remedied by placing a screen to disrupt the flow from the door to the stairs.
    • Some rooms have too many corners, which displaces energy. Placing plants or trees in the extra corners is a convenient and simple way to keep the energy flowing.
