Meet Henry
Henry has over 35 years of experience in the area of municipal land use law representing owners and developers of residential, commercial, industrial and planned properties. He also assists property buyers and investors with due diligence land use reviews. In recognition of his real estate experience, he was named a leading land use and zoning lawyer by American Lawyer Media and Martindale Hubbell.

Henry received his JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law and his BA in History, cum laudefrom Loyola College.

Licensed to practice law in Texas, Utah and Missouri, Justin focuses on a wide range of real estate transactions. He regularly represents buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, owners, developers and tenants.
