The department recovered $26 million for Kansans since Commissioner Schmidt first took office in 2019.
“When the Kansans call the Insurance Departmentwe are working diligently to ensure they receive the benefits to which they are entitled under their insurance policy,” the commissioner said. Vicki Schmidt said. “The insurance claims process can be complicated for many – if you have a problem, I want to hear from you.”
