The PAREF Group announces the appointment of Azzdine GUECHI as the Group’s Real Estate Director.
Azzdine GUECHI, ​​36, joined the PAREF Group in 2021 as Asset Management Director within Anne GILLET-FEILLON’s team.
In his new role, he will join the Executive Committee and will report directly to Antoine CASTRO. As such, Azzdine will be responsible for managing and steering the group’s Asset Management, Property Management, Property Accounting and Technical Services. Under his leadership, the Real Estate Department will support PAREF’s growth ambitions by offering Real Estate services not only for the group’s own portfolios but also for third parties.
