EL PASO, Texas — Sentry Insurance is opening new offices in El Paso and is already seeking candidates to fill the new positions.
Alisha Williams, customer service and operations manager, said she is looking to fill about 30 positions immediately and is expected to begin operations in northwest El Paso early next year.
“We’re hiring immediately, we’ll bring people in as soon as we can,” Williams said.
Sentry Assurance is looking for Customer Service Operators starting at $17.50 per hour, $18.50 per hour for bilingual candidates.
Candidates for their claims department start at $22 per hour and some management positions start at $100,000 per year.
Williams says the company is looking forward to operating in El Paso.
“El Paso is a great city for so many different reasons, the community is extremely welcoming – there’s growth, there’s diversity,” Williams said. “El Paso has rolled out the red carpet and he’s just a partner that I think we’ll have for a very long time.”
She said the company plans to increase its workforce to as many as 300 employees in the coming years.
