Heated walkways, infinity pools and spectacular views were among the features. Other special touches included jet ski slides, staff quarters, practice greens and a private massage room

While the real estate market has taken a colder, even icy turn in the last six months of 2022, that does not mean that luxury real estate sales have faded on the North Shore.

    On the contrary!

High-end buyers in the market preferred larger homes — most measuring around 10,000 square feet — as well as large lots, waterfront, or expansive water views. Finishing touches like fire pits, cinemas, gymnasiums, spa rooms, and hot tubs didn’t hurt either.

Here is an overview of the top 10 real estate sales of 2022 on the North Shore.
