Ahead of the holiday season, the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) announced a Diwali bonus for its staff. The Social Security body announced this week that it would provide a productivity-related bonus (PLB) to all of its Group ‘C’ and Group ‘B’ (unlisted) employees.

    Just days before Diwali 2022, the Employees Provident Fund Organization will release the Productivity Related Bonus (PLB) for eligible employees in Group C and Group B (not listed).

    Regular Group C and Group B (unlisted) staff, whether temporary or permanent, will be entitled to the bonus if they were on duty on a pro rata basis and also on the last day of March 2021-2022, according to the circular. of EPFO. However, casual, contract and additional employees of the department will not be eligible for the incentive.
