    Stimulus payment: Which states are sending tax refund checks this month?

    IIn the great state of South Carolina, millions of citizens are set to receive a one-time income tax refund of up to $700. These checks are starting to roll in a print, debit card and direct deposit during the first days of November and they will continue until the end of 2022. The State Department of Revenue broke the news in South Carolina. But this state won’t be alone in giving taxpayers a good reason to check their mailbox or their accounts.

    The great state of Massachusetts has already started refunding $3 billion in excess tax revenue to many of its residents this month. Illinois still provides income tax refunds of $50 and $100. In the next few paragraphs, we’ll let you know if your state is eligible for any type of tax refund check during the month of November. We’ll also tell you how much money your state gets if it qualifies.

    What other states are getting tax refunds or stimulus checks?

    California is receiving inflation relief checks of up to $1,050 via direct deposit or debit card arriving by January 15, 2023. Colorado if offering $750 checks to people who have files their 2021 tax returns and $1,500 to joint filers by Jan. 31, 2023. Delaware is getting $300 stimulus checks to those who filed their last tax returns. Florida gets $450 child tax credit payments per child. Georgia offers rebates of $250 to single taxpayers, $375 to heads of families, and $500 to joint filers. Hawaii will offer payments of up to $1,200 to families of four and tax refunds of $300 to single filers.

    Idaho receives $75 for each taxpayer in the state. Maine offers direct relief payments of $850 for single taxpayers and $1,700 for couples. Minnesota is offering one-time payments of $750 to frontline workers. New Mexico will offer $500 to single filers and $1,000 to joint filers. In New York, tax refunds will go up to $1,050 for about 3 million homeowners. Pennsylvania offers standard rebates of $650. South Carolina will offer checks for up to $800. Virginia will offer tax rebates of $250 to single filers and $500 to joint filers.
