The Americas Underwriting Innovation Office, under by Mrs Hall management, will liaise between the businesses and the support functions of AXA XL in the Americasincluding client distribution, underwriting, risk engineering/advisory, among others, to support innovation initiatives ranging from incremental to innovative. Mrs. Hall will ensure that AXA XL Americas The team makes optimal use of customer feedback, strategic partnerships and technology to help reduce risk for AXA XL and its customers.
In his new role, Mrs. Hall reports to the Chief Underwriting Office for Americas, Donna Nadeau. Mrs. Hall joined AXA XL in 2015 as a Construction Risk Engineer and most recently served as Vice President, Head of Construction Innovation. Prior to her tenure at AXA XL, she worked as a consultant providing litigation support and expert testimony services on construction-related claims and legal matters. Mrs. Hall spent the first 10 years of his career in the construction industry, working in a variety of roles including design engineering, pre-construction, estimating, purchasing, project management and risk management.
