    Gas prices are a hot topic lately, they have been skyrocketing for much of 2022. The fall has seen them decline a bit, however, to the relief of millions of Americans in the United States.

    Although they have come down a bit, they are still much higher than they were in 2020 and 2021, and are not helping the cost of living crisis that so many are feeling the effects of.

    So we’re here to help you again with another one of our daily lists, this time showing you the cheapest petrol stations in the United States on Thursday, November 17.

    Which state has the highest gas prices?

    California is still the state with the highest overall average gas prices, as it has mostly been the case during 2022. The price there currently averages $5.374 per gallon.

    Which state has the lowest gas prices?

    The cheapest price tends to alternate more frequently in southern states, but today the cheapest average is found in Texas where it is $3,066 per gallon. States like Georgia, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana are all about the same price as Texas.
