There’s no business like show business, is there? There is not a single person in the world who is not at least a little intrigued by the dazzling stars of La La Land. However, even with millions in their bank accounts, celebrities, like all of us, are struggling financially. Since we follow them with so much passion, one has to wonder if we can learn from them when it comes to personal finance.

To help us explore this topic, we reached out to Anna Rosak, a digital specialist from Poland, covering gaming and gaming entertainment topics, including kasyno online na pieniądze (or real money casinos, if you prefer in English). Anna Rosak, like most of us, is into celebrity culture, but she also thinks there are financial lessons to be learned: “On the one hand, you have celebrities who live above of their means, and on the other, celebrities who don’t care about promoting a certain lifestyle. For example, Keanu Reeves is an A-lister, who lives like most of us. No yachts, no diamond rings or gold spoons”. Considering she knows this topic so well, we asked her to share some examples from which we can all learn more about personal finance.

Kris Jenner and the family business

We all know all about the Kardashians, even if we don’t want to. This family has been at the center of the celebrity world for over a decade, and love it or hate it, you have to admit just how much the family’s “momager” Kris Jenner knows how to push forward. things.

“Speak all you want about her, but the whole clan would have long gone if it wasn’t for her. She is a woman who runs the family business and expects everyone to contribute. This is an important lesson to learn. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom or a top manager, you should know that there is no free lunch,” says Anna.

According to her, in the case of family businesses, everyone must contribute their time, their knowledge, their skills and do their part. While she understands it can be difficult, it’s also the only way to stay afloat.

Michael Jordan and the Dangers of Lifestyles

We were surprised that Anna mentioned this example, because she runs a site dedicated to online gambling. Still, she’s determined to endorse responsible gambling, and that’s why she mentions Jordan, who is notorious for his gambling problems.

“It’s not just about betting. This guy was seduced by the game, but you might try to pursue another lifestyle that you can’t afford,” warns Anna. If you can’t afford to pay something up front, then you’re living beyond your means. Be aware of such an approach to spending your money.

One of the most notorious examples is that of influencers, which, according to our expert, are nothing but propaganda. “They will invite you to buy, reserve and eat whatever they eat, without any personal liability. Before you bite into another unicorn sandwich or the like, make sure you can afford it. Pursuing certain lifestyles, just to prove to everyone that you can stay in the trend, is incredibly dangerous”, is convinced our expert.

    Taylor Swift and budgeting

“I’m a Swiftie, so this one is a bit biased,” laughs Anna Rosak then continues in a more serious tone, “Taylor Swift knows how to manage her finances. Swift owns properties worth over $81 million everywhere in the United States, but at the same time, she has had the same conference table since she was 17!

Anna understands how having so many mansions is nothing out of the ordinary with Swift’s budget, but it’s the table that fascinates her. Alexandra noticed how incredibly careful Swift is with what she spends her money on and doesn’t replace things that work perfectly well.

“In the eternal hunt for the newest and the best, we must prioritize responsible personal finance. Do you really need 17 pairs of heels? Or 40 different sneakers? Unless you’re an avid collector and consider them an investment, it’s better to focus on more durable things in life – pension funds, real estate, insurance or even a table that will last for decades,” suggests Annaj.

    Melissa McCarthy and bargaining power

Succeeding in Hollywood isn’t easy, and when you don’t fit the tall, blond guy, even more so. Despite all the odds, comedian Melissa McCarthy managed to become an A-lister through negotiation. It’s a perfect representation of the phrase “It never hurts to ask.” Well, in Melissa’s case, it certainly didn’t hurt!

“Sometimes you just have to ask. Ask your boss for this raise before accepting an additional workload. Ask your teleoperator for a better offer, or your favorite store for a loyalty discount. The worst thing that can happen is to get a “no”. In this case, you have to rethink what you are doing and make decisions. It doesn’t have to be anything drastic, but it can also teach you how to say ‘no’,” concludes our expert.
