the Greater Greenville Realtors Association announced a 44.6% increase in active residential listings – from 2,674 listings on the multiple listings service on December 10, 2021 to 3,867 on December 10, 2022.
With the number of listings on the rise, the average residential sale price also increased by 4.2% year over year, from $425,732 in 2021 to $443,846 in 2022, and prices for Median residential sales increased 7.9% from $305,000 to $329,000.
The average number of days on market increased by 20.3%, from 69 to 83.
GGAR also reported that 886 homes were awaiting sale and 793 units were under emergency contract as of December 10.

She worked for former attorney Bob Ariail, taught Spanish at Hillcrest High School, and owned and operated Collective Music Solutions, a full-service music entertainment company.
Hardwick attended Erskine College.
