    The Greater Greenville Realtors Association announced a 33% increase in active residential listings – from 3,038 the Multiple Listings Service on October 10, 2021 to 4,045 on October 10, 2022.

    With the number of listings on the rise, the average residential sale price also increased by 8.8%, from $414,350 in 2021 to $450,662 in 2022, and median residential sale prices increased by 7, 9%, from $307,740 to $332,060.

    Average days on market increased 6.4% from 62 to 66.

    GGAR also reported that 465 homes were awaiting sale and 1,029 units were under emergency contract as of October 10.

    Christian Sevakis joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Real Estate Agents as a sales associate in the firm’s Anderson office.

    He also worked with USPS, delivering mail in the Belton area.

    Sevakis graduated from Belton-Honea Path High School and attended Tri-County Tech.
