JThe year is coming to an end and the holidays are fast approaching as many families in United States continue to face economic difficulties caused by inflation and the constant increase in the prices of energy and everyday goods.
Today, some residents of the state of Delaware are eligible to receive a Direct payment of 300 dollars after filing their personal income taxes for 2020 and 2021, despite being late.
Eligibility and how to apply for this direct payment of $300?
In order to be eligible to receive this Direct payment of $300the person must be a resident of Delaware since at least December 31, 2021 and have a Social Security numberthis way they can apply for the 2022 relief discount online.
The taxpayer must also have a residential mailing address in Delaware.
About 780,000 state residents are expected to receive the refund after the Delaware Relief Rebate Program was created by an invoice signed by Governor John Carney.
Estimates indicate that 600,000 Delaware taxpayers have already received their direct payment in the first round sent by the program in May 2022.
